Considering we have over 120 members, it was very disappointing turnout.<br>Mike Nye read his Secretary report on the previous 12 months on behalf of the management committee.  Members were given a copy of the financial statement produced by Eileen Matthews.  A number of points were noted.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mike then went on regarding the appointment of the new management committee members and other positions within the Mens and Women sections.<br>There were three additional items on the agenda regarding possible changes to rules of the Club and they were agreed by the number of hands.<br>Mike then thanked everyone who had helped in anyway and the meeting closed at 7:45.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>George Dodsworth<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Only 23 members attended and we received ten apologies.
