County Ties

We have five members now playing for the County team. They are Yesi Smith, Val Bater, Yvonne Mallaburn for the Ladies team and Will Nye and Kevin Bone for the Men’s Team. Well done and good to see our members playing for them.

The County Ties
Men’s triples; Kevin Bone, Steve Proctor and Will Nye won against a team from Usworth.
Ladies pairs; both our teams of Yvonne and Linda and Val and Yesi are through to the next round.
Ladies senior fours; our team of Linda, Yvonne, Lynn and Marjorie had a narrow win of one shot to reach the semi finals.
Men’s senior fours; Dennis, Geoff, Eric and Ian lost away to Jarrow West End.
Yesi lost her singles match by four shots to S Wood from Darlington South Park.
Finally in the National Champions of Champions; Kevin Bone fought well to win by three shots against Ronnie Chapman from Dunston.
