The Autumn green work programme

In October, we started the work on the green by levelling all the edges which in parts had worn away by up to 6 inches.

We have started with the green being holatine which is done to aerate and help the new seeds and fertilisers getting into the green to help the new growth especially on the damaged and worn areas of the green.

The next part is to cover the green with four ton of top dressing which also helps the above work on the green.
