New Decking Area

In October the Gardening team began building the new decking area in our garden above the Green.

We’re planning to lay the timber sleepers down first, then secure them in concrete and lay plastic sheeting between to stop any weeds coming through.

Then we’ll lay and fix the decking timbers to the sleepers. The size of the area is about 20 metres long and 2 metres wide.

This will be a major change and improvement for the 2024 season.
