AGM, Monday 17 October 2022

Only 23 members attended and we received ten apologies. Considering we have over 120 members, it was very disappointing turnout.
Mike Nye read his Secretary report on the previous 12 months on behalf of the management committee. Members were given a copy of the financial statement produced by Eileen Matthews. A number of points were noted.

Mike then went on regarding the appointment of the new management committee members and other positions within the Mens and Women sections.
There were three additional items on the agenda regarding possible changes to rules of the Club and they were agreed by the number of hands.
Mike then thanked everyone who had helped in anyway and the meeting closed at 7:45.
