Will Nye lost his County two bowls to Steve Baker from Silksworth 17-5.
Sandie Thompson had a good win in County Ladies Championship against Sarah Mills from Jarrow.
Yvonne Mallaburn playing in the Ladies County championship lost her match to L.Breheny from Sunderland .
The following week Sandie Thompson lost her next round match to J.Robinson from Woodlands .
Likewise Will Nye lost his Mens County championship match to M.Higgins from Seaham .
Then in the County Champion of Champions he lost again in very close match to B.Poulter from Usworth.

Then in the County Mens Triples 2nd round matches there was a good close match between two teams from Lyndhurst with Frank , John and Tommy beating George, Don and Eric .
On Tuesday night  in the same competition Kevin ,Ken and Paul lost their match against Jarrow BC.
On Thursday night at Silksworth we lost in the Mens County fours 22-13. Tough match for Frank, Will, John and Kevin.
