Our sincere thanks to Eileen Matthews.

On Saturday 24th October at our AGM , it was a sad day for Eileen who had resigned in June but continued to be Treasurer to finalise the accounts for auditing.
Eileen has, for the last four years, paid her full membership so that she could continue in her post as Treasurer.
Since we became a Community Amateur Sports Club in 2019 , Eileen has worked with three different accountants. This was because our accountant Rob Page decided to retire and our account was transferred to Murray and Wake . However, after one year we decided to transfer again to Peter Telford . 
All three were very happy and most impressed with the paperwork trail and how Eileen’s profit and loss accounts balanced perfectly.
At our October management meeting most of the team expressed their sincere thanks to Eileen for all of her hard work, dedication and commitment over the last 10 years.
Without doubt her efforts and contribution to the club have been greatly appreciated by our members.
Whoever takes over from Eileen will have a big responsibility to maintain her standards of being the Club Treasurer.
